  • A booking is considered confirmed once confirmation has been sent by the hotel via email.
  • Accurate and complete contact information is required when making a booking.
  • The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or credit/debit card details to guarantee the booking.
  • Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of booking and may change without notice for future dates.

4. Cancellation Policy

7. Hotel's Rights

Athina Hotel Delphi reserves the right to:

  • Cancel a booking in the event of non-payment or failure to provide the required guarantee.
  • Refuse accommodation in the event of a breach of the hotel's internal regulations.
  • Upgrade the guest's room type to an equivalent or superior one, in case of emergency, at no extra charge to the guest.

8. Liability

The hotel makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website (prices, availability, room features) is accurate. However, it is not liable for technical errors, temporary unavailability of the website, or damages arising from its use, except as provided by applicable law.

The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings, except as provided by law.
